Ready made shortcrust Pastry
Some flour for dusting
5 eggs
175 ml double cream
salt and pepper
a small leek – washed and finely chopped
150 grams cooked spinach leaves (fresh or thawed frozen)
50 grams blue cheese
a few shelled walnuts
some butter and cooking oil
half a glass of white wine
