Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon mini buns
Ingredients
4 Eggs
100ml Milk
Knob of Butter
Salt & Pepper
6 Mini Buns
6 Slices of Smoked Salmon
Method
Beat the eggs and milk, season. Melt the butter in a pan, and cook the eggs. Cut open the buns and fill with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Serve warm.
