Mille Foglie with Hanini Spreadable Peppered Cheese, Chive & Sweet Cherry Tomato
350g Hanini Spreadable Peppered Cheese
2 tbsp Chopped Chives
500g Cherry Tomato
2 Garlic Cloves
2tbsp Chopped Basil
200g Puff Pastry (ready made)
Roll out the puff pastry as thin as possible in a rectangular shape, with a circular cutter cut 4 discs per person. Bake in oven at 190C for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix the Hanini cheese with chopped chives, and on a hot pan fry the onions, garlic and mix the cherry tomato and basil until they are cooked completely. Place the disc on the center of the plate, with a piping bag start filling the first layer with cream cheese, when ready place another disc and fill it up with cherry tomato mixture. Top it off with another disc piped with cream cheese, and finish off another disc with cherry tomato.
Garnish with sliced onions, and drizzle some pesto dressing.
