100 grams quinoa
100 grams frozen peas
100 grams dark green puy lentils
1 cup of peeled broad beans (both skins removed)
1 tbsp of basil pesto
Olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
4 very large tomatoes for stuffing
