4 large zucchini, thick sliced
3 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
200g Parmesan cheese, grated and divided in half from Zammeats Delicatessen
100g cup Italian bread crumbs preferably (paxo)
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
700ml sugo di pomodoro
3 buffalo mozzarella cheese cut into slices from Zammeats Delicatessen
