Home-made hot chocolate with cayenne pepper
Nothing beats a warm drink on a cold day! So ditch your boring hot chocolate and try out this home-made hot chocolate with cayenne pepper!
Ingredients: 200ml single cream Method: Warm the milk and cream together with the cinnamon stick and chilli flakes. Switch off and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Pass through a fine sieve and discard cinnamon stick and chilli. Re pour into pan and place on a gentle flame, adding the chocolate to the infused milk and stirring until the chocolate melts. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream on top. |
