Grilled Lamb Chops with Cherry and Port Sauce
serves 2
12 lamb chops (individually cut)
Sea salt and black pepper
For the Sauce
1 cup washed and stoned cherries
1 cup port
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup Chicken stock
