Cupcakes – Vanilla, Apple Pie & Carrot
Yield: Makes 12
Ingredients
300g Self Raising Flour
200g Sugar
2 Eggs
Few Drops Vanilla
180ml Milk
100g Melted Butter
Method
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Mix the vanilla, eggs, butter and milk in another bowl and pour into the flour. Fold in until evenly combined.
Line a cupcake tray and pour the mix into the cases. Bake in a hot oven set on 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. (more…)
