Chicken & Mango Stir-Fry
Coinciding with our fantastic offer on Blue Dragon products, we are posting this intriguing stir-fry recipe. You can easily find mangos from our fruit & veg sections. And we promise that you will find local chicken breasts from our butcher counters. Enjoy!
Chicken Breast, cut into strips
3 Tablespoons Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
1 Red Chilli, deseeded and chopped
5cm piece of fresh ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 table spoons vegetable oil
1 large mango, diced without skin
1 pack of Blue Dragon medium straight-to-wok noodles
Marinate the chicken strips in a ceramic bowl with the soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli, ginger and garlic. Leave for 20 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the chicken with marinade and stir fry for 4 to 5 mintes. Add the diced mango. If the mango is not very ripe then toss in the stir fry with the chicken.
In a separate wok or pan stir fry the noodles with some vegetable oil. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.
Transfer the noodles to a warm plate and top with the chicken and mango stir-fry.
