Logistics Driver
Job Description:
We are looking to recruit individuals on a full-time and part-time basis to join the Logistics team in Gozo. The selected candidate shall report directly to the Logistics Manager and will work from Monday to Friday from 4:45 to 13:15.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible to be fully conversant with company policies and procedures and adhere to them as per job requirements.
- Responsible for company van ensure it is in good working condition and adequately clean at all times.
- Loading and unloading of all merchandise.
- Delivering from and to Suppliers, Vendors, Customers, Airports, Ports, and Container holding places at pre assigned scheduled stops.
- Reporting any discrepancies or damages on goods to logistics manager.
- Delivery of goods and collecting any outstanding balances and hand in to the Logistics Manager upon return.
- Any other duty assigned by the Logistics Manager relevant to the above position in accordance with the exigencies of the department.
The ideal candidate would:
- Hold a valid driving license B
- Be able to speak, read and write fluently in English
- Be computer literate
- Be conscious of health and safety regulations relating to the workplace and driving
- Have a good understanding of Maltese roads and locations

Logistics Officer
We are looking to recruit individuals on a full-time and part-time basis to join the Logistics team in Gozo. The selected candidate shall report directly to the Logistics Manager and work from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for interdepartmental transfers.
- Report and update stock discrepancies to suppliers, brands and brand managers.
- Inputting of Merchandise in the system.
- Inputting of data on MSOffice programmes; specifically Excel.

- Collecting and delivering stock when and as required.
- Responsible for replenishments for all outlets.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

- Have good communication skills, especially in English

- Have a few months of experience in a logistics team

Junior Software Developer
Arkadia Marketing Ltd is seeking to recruit a young, energetic person to take on the role of Junior Software Developer as part of its IT team.
As part of our group, the selected candidate will be tasked with supporting, maintaining, developing and modifying current and future applications of various companies within the Organisation. The candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- identifying, researching, and resolving problems related to company applications
- providing support services to our internal staff and companies
- supporting and developing both front-end and back-end applications related to the company’s core systems

- Checking and ensuring adequate stock levels on display.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure products are bought and delivered on time.
- Recommending new products to managers.
- Maintaining high quality interaction with customers
- Keep your working area clean and organised.
The Ideal Candidate would:
- Be very fluent in English; verbal and written.
- Be computer literate
- Having a valid Food Handling license is considered an asset although training may be arranged

- To plan adequate storage of incoming stock in order to maximize the use of space and to ensure we are not overstocked.
- To ensure the proper handling and usage of stock while in storage and while being introduced in the supermarket.
- To assist as necessary in the stacking of stock in the supermarket.
The Ideal candidate would have:
- Good oral and written skills in English.
- Fluent in Maltese. Any other language is considered an asset
- Able to use the computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations
- Organisational skills
- A valid Food Handling license is considered an asset although training may be arranged
