The ideal candidate should:

  • have a food handling licence and ideally HACCP training
  • have good verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • be computer literate
  • be able to read, analyse and interpret data
  • be health and safety conscious
  • be flexible to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays
  • maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
