Inventory Officer (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to recruit an individual to ensure all invoices and stock records up to date within the Inventory Department located in Arkadia, Gozo.
The chosen candidate shall be welcomed to Arkadia’s inventory team and will report directly to the respective Inventory Supervisor .
- Processing of daily invoices.
- Inputting of stock details and offers on the operating systems.
- Matching invoices with corresponding vouchers
- Contacting suppliers for any discrepancies on invoices.
- Corresponding with stores for any change in barcodes or new items.
The ideal candidate would:
- Be a strong communicator in the Maltese and English language.
- Have knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Health Insurance after successful completion of probationary period.
Training for this role will be given, however, previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
