Bucatini with Anchovies, Raisins & Broad Beans
Serves 2
300 grams of bucatini pasta
4 anchovy fillets
2 pieces fresh garlic – finely chopped
1 small onion – finely chopped
Olive oil
6 tbsp of breadcrumbs
I cup of broads beans – peeled (both skins removed)
4 tbsp of raisins – soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
