50FIVE50 Live in Colour Save at Arkadia Foodstore Gozo

TERMS & CONDITIONS

01. These terms and conditions apply to the “50FIVE50” promotional campaign organised by Arkadia Marketing Ltd between Wednesday 5th September and Wednesday 31st October 2018 at the Arkadia Foodstore in Gozo.

02. Between Friday 5th September and Sunday 30th September customer effecting purchases from Arkadia Foodstore Gozo will get a “50FIVE50” voucher/s worth €5 each with every €50 purchased.

03. The maximum number of “50FIVE50” vouchers issued with any one purchase is 5, for a total worth of €25.

04. Purchases made at different days/ time or from different cashpoints during period when vouchers are issued (Point 02) cannot be summed up to obtain vouchers.

05. Only one “50FIVE50” voucher can be redeemed with a purchase of at least €50. Redeeming multiple “50FIVE50” vouchers requires additional purchases in multiples of €50 as follows
1 x voucher with a purchase of € 50
2 x vouchers with a purchase of € 100
3 x vouchers with a purchase of € 150
4 x vouchers with a purchase of € 200
5 x vouchers with a purchase of € 250

06. “50FIVE50” vouchers can be redeemed form Arkadia Foodstore Gozo from the day after issuing until the 31st October 2018.

07. Arkadia Marketing Ltd is not liable for any damage suffered by any participant due to the non-observance of these conditions.

08. Arkadia Marketing Ltd reserves the right to change the format and manner in which the promotion is conducted at its sole discretion and without notice and liability.

09. In the event that these terms and conditions do not, or do not clearly, cater for a solution to any matter which may arise, then Arkadia Marketing Ltd shall have the sole discretion to decide finally on such matter.

10. Arkadia Marketing Ltd retains final discretion in all matters relating to this promotion.

11. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Maltese law, and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
