Following find part 2 of the key looks you should expect to find in one of our Peacocks stores.
Christmas Glam
the look
A mixed range of formal glamorous party wear with up styled casual items, creating a look of sophisticated modern dressing with a funky edge!
Sequins, jeweled embellishments, lace and metallic/lacquered finishes enhance the feeling of this dark and mystical story with a twist of sexy opulence!
styling
Fun, flirty party dresses look sharp and sexy, as do boyfriend blazers worn with skinny leg trousers or leggings. In contrast is the more edgy casual layering of embellished/printed bar wear type tees and vests with skinny jeans.
fabric
Viscose and slinky jersey, satin, lace, leather look PU. Sequins, glitter, metallic studding and foil prints are very prominent!
colours
Black is the key colour, midnight blues and smokey greys look new. Rich vibrant touches of teal, fuchsia and purple. Metallic and high-shine are very important.
Glam Punk Casual
the look
A funky/casual story with an element of going out/clubbing and dressing up. This look ranges from moody coloured basics to more edgy fashion items. Jersey dressing is more of a feature than under-layering basics. Stripes, bold checks, abstract shapes and blurs, edgy character tees and vintage iconic face/slogan prints are all key.
styling
Skinny leg jeans, leggings or micro mini shorts can be worn with shiny tights to create the glam punk look.
fabric
Metallic lurex, jerseywear, woven knits and denim.
colours
Moody black and greys with optic white looks dramatic and sharp. Shocking injections of colours in blues, turquoise, violet and acidic lemons and limes. Metallics are key in silver, gun-metal, gold and bronze. Fluro highlights will continue within this range.
