We will be holding another cooking demonstration at Arkadia on Tuesday, 15 December 2008, at 11AM. The demonstration will be held in our new furniture showroom on Level 2.

The cooking demonstration will be held by Michael Diacono who happen’s to be the patron chef and owner of Rubino (Valletta) and Giuseppi’s (Mellieha). He will be assisted by the head chef of Giuseppi’s , Mark Cauchi.

Filo pastry Christmas crackers with a salmon and avocado filling

Supreme of Chicken stuffed with Maltese sausage, apple and sage
